One platform, adapted to the country it runs in

Smart Digital City is in production across public administration in Europe. The same platform is adapted to each market through configuration, not through a separate codebase.

Track record

Built on delivered projects, not on a roadmap

The platform grew out of work for public administrations of every size, from communes and towns to city districts and municipalities.

01

More than 50 administrations

Local and public institutions run on the Vision platform, serving over 900,000 residents.

02

More than 30 modules in production

Covering resident services, council business, operations and internal administration.

03

Every size of government

From communes of a few thousand people to city districts of several hundred thousand.

Localisation

What changes per country, and what does not

A market is not a translation project. Identity, registers, payment rails and legal obligations differ; the operational model does not.

01

Country Packs

Electronic identity, national registers and payment providers for the market are connected in a pack, not hard-coded into the product.

02

Language and terminology

Interface language and the vocabulary a department uses are configuration, and a deployment can run more than one.

03

Legal obligations

Data protection, accessibility, cyber resilience and records retention are configured against the rules that apply locally, with the evidence defined per deployment.

04

The core stays shared

The platform core stays standard and upgradeable, so a fix or a feature reaches every deployment.

How a market is opened

A first city, then a pattern

A new market starts with one administration and one priority service, which produces the Country Pack the next deployment reuses.

1

Assess

Identify the identity, register and payment systems the market runs on.

2

Adapt

Build the Country Pack and the terminology for that market.

3

Pilot

Deliver one priority service end to end with a first administration.

4

Repeat

The next deployment starts from the pack rather than from zero.

Delivered locally

International projects are delivered with partners who hold the local relationship.
